By plane

Mytilene is linked with Athens and Thessaloniki daily flights with Olympic Airways, Aegean Airlines and Athens Airways. These flights last from 40 to 50 minutes.
Mytilene is also air on Lemnos, Chios, Samos, Rhodes and Heraklion, with flights of Sky Express.
